It is hard to fathom that the Great Plains were once home to more than 50,000,000 buffalo, and while there are not nearly that many in Grand Teton, when your car is surrounded by a couple hundred it may just feel that way.

Everywhere you turn or look in Grand Teton you are greeted by one postcard view after another and critter after critter. One of the nicest things about the park is that you can see so much right from the comfort of your car, but when the time comes to stretch your legs there is plenty of opportunity for that as well.

Grand Teton and Yellowstone are simply two of the places that you must see before you die.
