The Double D Ranch main house was constructed by world renowned wild life cinematographer, Basil Bradbury and his wife, Debra Bradbury, the owner and editor of Black Powder Magazine. Basil Bradbury is considered to be one of the greatest big game hunters of all time and the ranch is adorned with many photographs of Mr. Bradbury’s safaris and expeditions, as well as his trophies.

Double D Ranch

The Double D Ranch main house boasts five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a tremendous 25 ft by 70 ft long trophy room with soaring 25 ft ceilings, a den, gun room and an under-ground 100 yd indoor shooting range.  The home is equipped with satellite TV.  No telephones are installed in the home; however, cellular telephone reception is excellent at the ranch and the surrounding areas.

The Double D Ranch main house is located at an elevation of 5,300 ft and the property ranges up in elevation to 6,900 ft.

The Double D Ranch guest house is occupied full-time by its ranch manager, Chad Beer, who oversees the entire property.
